On a hazy summer afternoon, a group of five club members, spent the day railfanning at the train station in Palmer, MA. Traffic was fairly light through most of the day until the two Vermonter Amtrak trains made there way through the junction. Once these two trains had worked through the area, the freight traffic on the CSX picked up later in the afternoon. All in all, it was a relaxing day down by the tracks.
