Naugatuck Railroad Trip
Saturday 13th several members joined up with NMRA Nutmeg division’s excursion and shop tour of the Railroad Museum of New England. Stu apologized for the short notice, the NMRA invited us as they needed more participants. It was an enjoyable trip although it was a very hot day.

Club Going Ons
Nate, Chaz & Stu are going through Bill Badget’s equipment and getting them back to NMRA Standards. Andrew offered his exes Kadee couplers to assist. Also the Signaling Committee has meet one already this summer and will be meeting again, although they are not ready to present anything to the club just yet they are working on their plans.
Andrew’s New Stuff
It has been brought up that we tend to leave things on the layout at shows that shouldn’t be placed there. Andrew’s idea to counter act some of this is with two things. 1st - Aprons: Andrew’s idea is to have 10 aprons owned by the club for people to use while they operate their trains. There was a general agreement that this was a good idea and Andrew will look into the financial details and have a motion ready for the next business meeting. 2nd - Flip Up Cup Holders & Throttle Holders: Andrew brought in samples of cup holders that can be mounted to the sides of the modules. It would be up to individual module owners to purchase and install these if they so desire. He will provide more information in the Newsletter.
